About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing key administrative functions, including invoicing, purchase orders, human resources tasks, and other essential business operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Richardson, TX.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Prepare, process, and track invoices to ensure timely payments from clients and vendors.

  • Purchase Orders: Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation with suppliers.

  • Human Resources: Administer employee timesheets, coordinate payroll inputs, and maintain accurate HR records.

  • General Administration: Handle day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

  • Business Support: Assist with minor company business tasks, such as coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and supporting team projects.

  • Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in office administration, accounting, or a related field.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Sage).

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
